It is time to listen to the other person whom you are with. Everyone has a story to tell. Listening is an art that needs to be cultivated just like a garden. For starters, give the other person your full attention. Look at the person squarely in the eye and listen to his ?her feelings, thoughts and experiences. Perhaps you will be able to relate to something that person is saying .Showing your interest in someone makes a big difference. That Single may say "there is something about me that he likes. He is interested and aware of what I am all about. A conversation may start and you will find that the two of you have something in common whether it be a sport, music artist, author, museum. Sharing a common interest is planting the seed of a new relationship. Throw pessimism out the window. Think and feel optimistic. Put your best foot forward. The beginning of a relationship has begun. Now it is time to build the foundation of what may or may not be a relationship.
